Overlooking 4th and 8th Tee of the 18 hole professional Jack Nicklaus golf course on this luxury 5 star resort (Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence). The view is a really amazing as you can see on the photo. The swimming pool is immediately at the apartment. If you look over the golf course you will see the mountains.

The grand entrance to the resort is lined with palm trees, water features and benches. Spread throughout the landscaped complex are fountains, lush plants and lemon, lime & palm trees that give the resort an authentic Mediterranean feel. It is also very safe with fully manned security on the gates at the grand entrance 24/7.

The location of this apartment could not be any better. La Torre Golf is a fantastic 5-star resort with plenty of activities nearby and excellent on site facilities including a 5-star hotel (1 minute walk), a large supermarket (2 minutes’ walk), bike hire, FREE tennis courts, a travel agents, a beauty salon and hairdressers, a bank (with a 24-hour cash machine), the Club House and several restaurants & bars, including an Italian restaurant, a tapas bar, an Irish pub, an ice cream shop and gift shop.

You’ll also find a selection of shops, bars and restaurants in the nearby typically-Spanish little town of Roldán, which is 3 km away (a 5-minute drive away from the back entrance of the resort).

The beaches of Mar Menor are only 15 minutes’ drive. Large shopping centres are located 20 minute drive away in Murcia & Cartagena or the fantastic shopping centre at La Zenia Boulevard. Murcia is a fantastic venue for holidays, whether it be to explore the mountains, beaches and bays or for an adventure holiday white rafting, jet skiing, quad biking or even paragliding.

The Airport Corvera is only 15 minutes’ drive and Alicante Airport 1 hour.

The Apartment
The apartment itself is very user-friendly (family, seniors and children). Keep in mind that the apartment is prohibit for SMOKING and PETS. There is a glazed terrace which you can close and it’s preventing heat from the sun and against “noise” (if there is any) from children playing in the swimming pool. The balcony is facing north, so you can relax on the terrace without sweating in the full sun during the day.
There is air-conditioning in the living room. In addition, the 2 bedrooms feature ceiling fans and a balcony. The 2 bedrooms are also equipped with roll-down shutters. In fact, the whole apartment is equipped with roll-down shutters. The bathroom is just renovated with an easy step-in shower facility, so this is also very convenient for seniors. The kitchen has everything you need for a self-catering holiday: fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker and oven, etc.
The apartment is fully equipped with all the home necessities including free Wi-Fi. You can also watch TV with more than 7000 channels such as UK/BE/NL channels pay per view channels sky movies and sports channels.

Also, the property has underground parking with remote access (which is available for our guests) and an individual car parking space with lift entrance to the apartment foyer. So, no problem when you have been shopping from the supermarket or difficulties with your suitcases.
