A superb 2 bed room apartment located within close walking distance to the Hacienda, shop, and golf shop. The apartment offers exquisite views of the chipping and putting greens on one side and the 1st and 2nd holes on the other side with the Sleeping Lady mountain relief in between. Fitted to a very high standard with air conditioning throughout, and including satellite TV, WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. Parking is available in the basement.

Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort offers, as well as the Nicklaus designed, 18 hole golf course, a driving range, putting and chipping greens. The golf course is a par 72 and 6416-metre course. It covers an area of 71 hectares and has a mountain backdrop and panoramic views of the coast.
The Region of Murcia has an excellent climate of over 320 days sunshine per year[3] and warm winters.
The El Casón de Riquelme Restaurant, set in the resort's 19th-century colonial-style Hacienda, has seating inside, with an outside terrace area, looking out over the original walled gardens.
The rest of the resort centre follows the same architectural style and contains a golf shop and supermarket. The El Palomar Bar, set in a restored dovecote, overlooks the golf course and is open for drinks and snacks in the summer.

July and August is not included in this rate structure.
