Beautifully appointed ground floor 2-bedroom apartment overlooking the 11th hole of the Nicklaus-designed championship golf course. The large terrace is South East facing with patio furniture including a seating area and dining table and chairs. The patio extends into the private garden where you can lay out on the loungers. The pool is just a 50m walk from the garden. It is around 10, mins walk to the golf club and practice facilities, El Cason Restaurant and bar as well as the on-site Supermarket.

The apartment is ideal for families, golfers and non-golfers. It is situated around 30 minutes from Corvera airport and around an hour from Alicante airport.

Both the bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds and built-in wardrobes with patio doors leading out to the rear, which has additional storage and an office area including complementary high-speed WiFi. There are plenty of linen and towels provided. The living area has a corner sofa, a flat-screen TV, mini HiFi, DVD player and decoder for the usual UK channels as well as other European channels. It is furnished to a high standard and has both ceiling fans and aircon in the bedrooms. There is additional aircon in the lounge and heating throughout during the winter. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses etc. There is a fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine as well as lots of cupboard space.

July and August is not included in this rate structure.
