This is a Lovely 2 bed GROUND FLOOR apartment with stunning golf views and communal pools, and only a short walk from the resort centre, which is set around a beautiful lake. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. Re modelled fully equipped kitchen, suitable for a family or for golfers looking to play the local golf courses of which there are plenty. The apartment has a large balcony area overlooking the golf course where you can relax and soak in the peace and quiet of the resort, whilst enjoying some of the local refreshments!
With 16 communal pools and plenty of restaurants, this resort is perfect for everyone! Sun loungers provided. PLEASE NOTE: AREA BEYOND TERRACE IS NOW GRASSED (ASTRO).
The large swimming pool and children's pool are fantastic for cooling off in the summer and are not far away from the property. The resort centre features a golf clubhouse (where clubs can be hired), restaurants, bars and an excellent supermarket which are all an easy stroll away from the property.
The property is ideal for both golfers and those on less energetic holidays. It also makes a great base for a family holiday being just 15 minutes from the Mar Menor and 20 minutes from the Med. Its 20 minutes from Murcia City and 20 minutes from Cartagena.
