Description
A lovely 2 bedroom apartment with wonderful views of the pool, lake and golf course from the balcony. The apartment can accommodate 6 people (when using the sofa bed in the living room). Air conditioners in all areas.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, grill/microwave, oven, toaster, sandwich maker, fridge with freezer, dolce gusto coffee machine and kettle. A washing machine is also available. Free WiFi/5G and IP TV in different languages.
The bathroom has a bath with sink, hair dryer and towels of various sizes. The bedrooms have closet space with bed linen.
Terrazas de la Torre Golf Resort is one of the world's polaris gated resorts with an 18 hole course that will challenge all levels of golfers.
On the property are the outdoor parking spaces, the Clubhouse with restaurant and a SPAR supermarket with a golf club shop. 24 hour security on site and maintained gardens and 11 swimming pools and several play areas.
The nearest airport CORVERA - Murcia International Airport is a 20 minute drive and Alicante Airport is a 45 minute drive.
The capital of the region, Murcia and Cartagena, the second largest city with its fantastic harbor and Roman ruins, are also a 20 minute drive away. Both towns are home to a large number of shops, bars, restaurants and shopping centers.
La Zenia boulevard (large shopping center) is 30 minutes away with nice shops and restaurants with good food. Torrevieja is a 40-minute drive away.

With various positions 20 minutes away, there is plenty to cool off in the pools outside. It is unique in that there is a peninsula that runs parallel to the coastline, forming the Mar Menor (Little Sea). At the salt lakes at Lo Pagan you can spot flamingos, but also many other species of birds and of course the beach. The sea water is warm and very pleasant to bathe in.
The costa Cálida is a small paradise with mild temperatures. Due to the mountainous hinterland, this area is sheltered from the wind, which means that the temperatures are pleasant throughout the year. There is a Mediterranean subtropical climate with an average annual temperature of 18 degrees, with warm but mild summers between 28-32 degrees and mild winters. The sun shines on average 320 days a year. It is not for nothing that this coastal strip is called the "Costa Cálida the warm coast". The humidity is very low here! All this gives a perfect combination of sea, subtropical weather, lots of light and clean air.
The apartment is ideal for both golfers and those on a less energetic holiday. It is also a great base for a family holiday
