Description
This is a beautifully equipped second floor apartment with a west facing balcony with stunning views towards the sleeping lady mountains. It is close to a large swimming pool, one of many on the resort, and overlooks the tennis court, outdoor gym and the paddle court. It is close to the 14th green and the 15th tee of the outstanding Nicklaus designed golf course.
There is a shop on site and an excellent clubhouse
The accommodation is equipped with: lift access, garden furniture, terrace, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), childrens area, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, open-air parking, 1 TV/Satellite (Languages: Spanish, English etc. )

The prestigious Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort contains 1864, low-level apartments in 78 blocks, a restaurant, bar, golf shop, and supermarket. The resort covers 1,353.041 m², with a build area of only 5% of the total area, scattered around an 18 hole golf course. An old dovecote has been converted into a café, right on the golf course itself.
