Three Storey, two bed two bath, south facing Townhouse with roof terrace and stunning golf course views. Recently renovated kitchen and upstairs has a new shower, also new furniture both inside and outside.
The accommodation comprises of: garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, terrace, WiFi internet, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, outdoor parking, TV/Satellite (Languages: Spanish, English etc.), DVD player.
The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils and kettle.
With 16 communal pools and plenty of restaurants, this resort is perfect for everyone!
The large swimming pool and children's pool are fantastic for cooling off in the summer and are not far away from the property. The resort centre features a golf clubhouse (where clubs can be hired), restaurants, bars and an excellent supermarket which are all an easy stroll away from the property.
The property is ideal for both golfers and those on less energetic holidays. It also makes a great base for a family holiday.

A lot of the light bulbs had failed and the working ones were too dim. Suggest replacing bulbs with LED
Some of the shutters were difficult to operate one had broken so I repaired at my own expense.

Om arrival it is convenient to have a small list that gives you information about the house: working of the heating is on the outside boiler, where you can find the “famous” La Torre wristbands.
In this house the refrigerator made a lot of noise.
