The house has all the living space distributed on one floor and makes use of the space with a clever design keeping bedrooms and living areas separate.
The modern kitchen has a water filter so no need to carry drinking water home.
Comfortable imported Scandinavian beds 2 m long.
Close walking distance from town centre with lots of restaurant (about 500 m)
Close walking distance to the beach (about 400 m)
Close walking distance to food market and bodega (about 70 m)
