Absolutely first class luxury air conditioned villa with private HEATED pool in a perfect location on the 5* La Torre resort, very close to the supermarket and the centre of the resort with restaurants, bars and golf clubhouse within easy walking distance.
South facing garden that enjoys the sun all day, with private heated pool, BBQ, outdoor dining furniture and sun loungers. In addition to the private garden there is a fantastic rooftop solarium with comfortable seating, dining table and gas BBQ.
The villa is furnished to a very high standard throughout and consists of;
Lounge with direct access to the terrace and pool, dining area, two bedrooms which again have direct access to the terrace and pool, en-suite bathroom off the master bedroom, family bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room.
Featuring a high ceiling, the air conditioned lounge is light and airy to ensure it stays cool during the warm summer months, and has a double sofa bed. Satellite TV is provided with both English and Spanish channels along with WIFI access. The bedrooms can both be configured with either a double bed or two singles for maximum flexibility, and have air conditioning and ceiling fans to ensure a comfortable nights sleep.
Please note pool heating is an additional option.
