Beautiful front line golf south facing property. 3 bedroom and also sofa bed in Lounge. Also with roof solarium over looking the 4th hole and with magnificent sunsets. Hotel, Spa and Golf Club at the bottom of the street and so all within walking distance.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, terrace, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), balcony, childrens area, tennis court, paddle tennis court, central heating, air conditioning in the lounge and some bedrooms but 3rd bedroom at the top has a fan,parking, TV, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French).
In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Senator Hotel (note this villa is a 5 mins walk from the hotel).
Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.
Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of restaurants – including:
- Shamrock (Indian Menu in the evenings with Guinness and Murphy's Red on Tap), pool table and darts and six screens showing sports
