This frontline golf apartment in Sucina has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 people.
The property is located right next to the golf-course. It has views of the golf course and the swimming pool.
This model is the popular end curved wall apartment, lemon groves at the rear with terraces off the bedrooms to catch the sun setting. Over looking the largest pool on the resort with 3 separate sections so never gets too busy. Balcony over looking the par 3 15th hole and the green for the 14th.
Air con and central heating throughout (not just lounge). 15 minute stroll to the club house and shop.
The accommodation is equipped with the following: lift access, garden furniture, terrace, internet (Wi-Fi), air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, open-air parking, TV, DVD.
The kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster and kettle are provided.
The prestigious Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort contains 1864, low-level apartments in 78 blocks, a restaurant, bar, golf shop, and supermarket. The resort covers 1,353.041 m², with a build area of only 5% of the total area, scattered around an 18 hole golf course. An old dovecote has been converted into a café, right on the golf course itself.
Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort offers, as well as the Nicklaus designed, 18 hole golf course, a driving range, putting and chipping greens. The golf course is a par 72 and 6416-metre course. It covers an area of 71 hectares and has a mountain backdrop and panoramic views of the coast.
The Region of Murcia has an excellent climate of over 320 days sunshine per year[3] and warm winters.
The El Casón de Riquelme Restaurant, set in the resort's 19th-century colonial-style Hacienda, has seating inside, with an outside terrace area, looking out over the original walled gardens.
The rest of the resort centre follows the same architectural style and contains a golf shop and supermarket. The El Palomar Bar, set in a restored dovecote, overlooks the golf course and is open for drinks and snacks in the summer.

El apartamento está bellamente decorado y totalmente equipado con 2 habitaciones dobles.

El alojamiento está equipado con: ascensor, mobiliario de jardín, terraza, lavadora, internet (wifi), zona infantil, 2 pistas de tenis/pádel, calefacción central, aire acondicionado en el salón, piscinas comunitarias, plaza de garaje y parking, 2 ventiladores, TV/TV vía satélite (idiomas: español, inglés, francés), reproductor de DVD.
La cocina incluye frigorífico, microondas, horno, congelador, lavavajillas, vajilla/cubertería, utensilios de cocina, tostadora y hervidor de agua.
Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort ofrece, además del campo de golf de 18 hoyos diseñado por Nicklaus, un campo de prácticas, putting green y chipping green. El campo de golf, par 72, tiene una longitud de 6416 metros. Tiene una superficie de 71 hectáreas y ofrece un paisaje montañoso con vistas panorámicas de la costa.
El restaurante El Casón de Riquelme, ubicado en la Hacienda de estilo colonial del siglo XIX del resort, cuenta con mesas en el interior y una terraza exterior con vistas a los jardines amurallados originales.
Recientemente, se inauguró una nueva cafetería llamada Sips by Nadine, que ofrece una gran variedad de pasteles y bollería, además de aperitivos salados. También podrá disfrutar de un desayuno tradicional español: una tostada con diversos ingredientes.
