A three bedroom apartment with elevated views of the shared pool. Air conditioning and heating throughout and a large terrace with private plunge pool. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a bath,bidet and twin vanity. The other two twin bedrooms share a shower room with sliding doors to an additional outdoor shower. The large patio area has sliding doors from the living room, master suite and bedroom two. The terrace is partially covered and has built in seating, loungers and a dining table. There are steps directly down to the shared pool. The Tv will have an amazon fire stick and a Bluetooth speaker will also be provided for the start of July.
The resort has a 4 star Spa Hotel and Spanish village with Shops, bars and restaurants. The tennis courts ,Football Pitches, “Beach” Club , driving range and the longest 18 hole championship golf course in Spain provide a wealth of activities and the private pools, BBQs,Paddle Board courts and Petanque pitches ensure there is plenty to do.
Hacienda del Álamo is a golf resort in Murcia , southern Spain, designed by Dave Thomas Ltd. The challenging course opened for play in 2006 and was designed to test golfers of all abilities with all holes surrounded by natural rough ground. It goes without saying that the challenge is to keep your ball on the fairway!
Many new courses are being built across Europe but very few have the quality of Hacienda del Alamo. The Hacienda Resort has ambitions to become the No.1 golf resort in Spain and the early signs are encouraging and their goal is perhaps achievable. The new Sheraton Hotel now offer a fantastic place for Golfer to stay or go to our contact for to enquire about a private Villa.
The Course is very long so a buggy is highly recommended, expect a round to take you 4 and a half hours.
There is a top quality Driving range and practice course for warm ups and beginners. Lessons are also available, Try Freddie the on course Pro for a lesson great fun and takes groups.
There is a great club house with Bar, Restaurant and Shop.
