The accommodation comes equipped with the following: garden area, garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, iron, Free internet (Wi-Fi), childrens areas, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, garage and car parking onsite, TV/Satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, French etc).
In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster and kettle are provided.
This rate only applies from September until the end of March.
*NOTE: A Final Cleaning fee will be applicable, which is a one off amount of €150 paid with the final instalment of rent*
