This ground floor apartment has been completely renovated and converted into a residential home rather than just for a holiday let. A second bathroom has been built and a private storage room for personal belongings when the flat is rented out. The living room has two two-seater sofas with four electric recliners and USB connections. Each bedroom has its own 50-inch Smart TV that is wired to the internet. There is also hot/cold air conditioning in every bedroom and in the living room. There are also ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. Modern new kitchen with all built-in appliances and washing machine + dryer with heat pump. In the living room, there is central heating with three radiators and a digital thermostat. Terraces off the bedrooms with full sun in the morning. Adjacent to the living room is a tiled terrace with furniture and a sturdy garden cabinet with comfortable loungers for the pool. There is also a mobile electric plancha for outdoor cooking. The terrace is equipped with power sockets. The living room also has a 55-inch Smart TV with a wired internet connection. Electrically operated curtains in the living room. In short, an apartment equipped with all the comforts of home.

The accommodation is also equipped with: private fenced garden area, garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, iron, free internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, and in the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are also provided.

On resort are childrens areas, tennis court, padel court, communal swimming pools and plenty of open-air parking.

Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort offers, as well as the Nicklaus designed, 18-hole golf course, a driving range, putting and chipping greens. The golf course is a par 72 and 6416-metre course. It covers an area of 71 hectares and has a mountain backdrop and panoramic views of the coast.

The El Casón de Riquelme Restaurant, set in the resort's 19th-century colonial-style Hacienda, has seating inside, with an outside terrace area, looking out over the original walled gardens.
Recently a new coffee shop called Sips by Nadine has opened offering an array of cakes and pastries, along with savoury snacks too. You will also be able to enjoy a traditional Spanish breakfast , Tostada with various toppings.

Our guests staying at Hacienda Riquelme also have the added benefit of our fully staffed office at the resort, where you can get assistance, advice and recommendations, as well as help with any aspect of your travel or accommodations. Our staff speak Spanish, English.
