Fabulous 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment overlooking the golf course and is south facing, nicely furnished with all the necessary furniture and fittings.
Hot and cold Air con through out, under ground parking and the sports club is just a 10 minute walk as well as the Spar supermarket.
One double bed en suite and one twin bed.
The accommodation comes equipped with: lift access, garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, garage car park, TV/Satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French).
In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
The Resort
Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Hotel.
Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.
Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of restaurants on The Boulevard – including (to name a few):
- Shamrock ( Indian Menu in the evenings with Guinness and Murphy's Red on Tap), pool table and darts and six screens showing sports
- Chill n Go – Tapas Bar
- Number 6 Mediterranean restaurant and great for breakfast
- La Perla Negra (The Black Pearl) theme bar with live music
- Sixty Six American Diner with pool table and showing sports events
- La Gustosa Italian & Pizzeria Restaurant
- Tasty Bites offering Indian & Continental Cuisine

Inside the Mar Menor Golf Resort, you will also find Club MMGR where you can pay a small day fee to access the facilities including heated swimming pool, padel and tennis courts and mini golf and a gym!This rate only applies from mid September until the end of March.
*NOTE: A Final Cleaning fee will be applicable, which is a one off amount of €190 paid with the final instalment of rent*
