This is a delightful ground floor apartment looking onto the pool and golf course in the ever popular Mar Menor Golf Resort situated within 10 minutes drive of the Mar Menor Sea with its lovely sandy beaches.
This property is 5 minute walk to the golf clubhouse and driving range and situated directly in front of the communal swimming pool.

The Resort

Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Hotel. Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.

Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have on The Boulevard a range of restaurants – including (to name a few):

- Shamrock ( Indian Menu in the evenings with Guinness and Murphy's Red on Tap), pool table and darts and six screens showing sports
- Los Elementos (high quality dining, a bar and even a gift shop!)
- La Perla Negra (The Black Pearl) theme bar
- Sixty Six American Diner with pool table and showing sports events
- La Gustosa Italian & Pizzeria Restaurant - Tasty Bites offering Indian & Continental Cuisine


8 mins drive to Los Alcazares – beautiful safe beaches, bars and restaurants

Inside the Mar Menor Golf Resort (next door), you will find Club MMGR where you can pay a small day fee to access the facilities including heated swimming pool, padel and tennis courts and mini golf and a gym!

These rates apply only from September until end of March.

*NOTE: A Final Cleaning fee will be applicable, which is a one off amount of €150 paid with the final instalment of rent*
