This beautiful apartment has been completely refurbished to a very high standard and is one of a kind on the resort. Beds can be 6 singles or 2 Super-king & 2 singles.

The apartment is ideal for families or couples or golfing trips. It is perfectly situated between 2 of the 14 communal pools which have exclusive use for the apartments. It is a short 5 min walk from the driving range, restaurant,hotel and bar.

There is also high speed WiFi and full IPTV TV packages throughout the apartment (4 TVs in total) and ample parking.

The space
When entering the apartment, the first thing you will notice is the large open plan kitchen diner, which leads through to the living room and amazing views over the pool/lake.

The kitchen includes all the mod cons, including high-end appliances including a kettle, microwave, airfryer, pressure cooker, oven/hob, Nespresso coffee machine, washing maching and dishwasher.

Through to the living room, you will find a media wall with a 65”-inch television, with a full IPTV package including sports and movies. The TV package is the same in all the bedrooms as well. There is also high speed WiFi throughout the apartment and ample parking.

A unique feature of the apartment is a gas bbq area on the terrace with large drinks fridge – perfect for keeping the fizz chilled!

The master bedroom has a luxury king bed, which can be split to twin if required, there is a seating area which is just perfect to relax with a book, whilst admiring the views. There is also a 50" television. 2 hairdryers and 2 straighteners are provided.
The en suite for the master bedroom features a large bath, toilet, vanity unit and jack and jill sinks.

Bedroom 2 can also be a king or twin and has its own private terrace overlooking the side of the property. There is also a 47" television.

Bedroom 3 has two single beds, and a 47" television.
The 2nd bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity unit.
On the large terrace, there is casual seating and a dining table.

Guest access

There is plenty of parking directly outside the apartment and the main hotel, bar, restaurant and driving range is a 5 minute walk away. There is a lift in the building to get to the 1st floor or 2 flights of steps.

Important Information.

Please note you will require to wear a pool band when you are using the pool or pool area. There are six pool bands in the apartment in a bowl on the breakfast bar (one for each guest). There will be a charge for any lost pool bands (100 euros per band).
In order to conserve energy and encourage guests to turn off the air conditioning when they are not in the apartment we have installed an A/C meter. This operates with pre paid cards. 20 euros to 30 euros will be allocated free of charge depending on your length of stay. If you require extra cards these can be purchased.
