A delightful 3 bedroom Baron Villa overlooking a pretty fountain and plaza on the resort. Within 5 minutes walking distance to the resort hotel and amenities, golf course and driving range, the villa is in the perfect spot. Not overlooked at the rear, the property which has air con throughout has been decorated and furnished to a high standard in 2025. Large outside area with new corner unit, sun loungers and parasol. Heated Pool. Outside BBQ. Fully Equipped Kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. Sunroom with dining table which sits six. Upstairs terrace with golf views and sun loungers. Downstairs WC. One bedroom ensuite and another separate shower room upstairs. All bedrooms have high quality bed and bath linen.
The Resort
Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Hotel.
Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.
Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of restaurants on The Boulevard – including (to name a few):
- Shamrock ( Indian Menu in the evenings with Guinness and Murphy's Red on Tap), pool table and darts and six screens showing sports
- Chill n Go – Tapas Bar
- Number 6 Mediterranean restaurant and great for breakfast
- La Perla Negra (The Black Pearl) theme bar with live music
- Sixty Six American Diner with pool table and showing sports events
