The accommodation comes equipped with: lift access, garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, internet (Wi-Fi), central heating, access to communal swimming pools, on site parking, TV/Satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French etc.)
In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster and kettle are provided.
The Murcia region lies at the centre of the Spanish Mediterranean coastal arch and features the Mar Manor Europe’s biggest salt-water lagoon, and is probably Spain’s least talked about region. The Summers are hot and the winters are mild and rain rarely last more than a day at a time
The location and landscape gives this gated resort a unique experience of Spanish mountain village life. Situated close to the Sierra de Carrascoy mountains regional park, yet with easy access to make the most of the surrounding area to explore Murcia city, the beaches, shops, bars and restaurants and to make the most of the surrounding area.
El Valle was built to be one of the best resorts in the area with only 369 Villas and 319 Apartments being built, which makes a charming feel to the resort with the peace and tranquillity that can be found here.
El Valle has an excellent range of facilities like; tennis and padel courts, an 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed golf course, an international supermarket, a restaurant and clubhouse, 247 security, modern gym, and a thriving community which organises weekly golf competitions, bike rides and many other activities throughout the year.
This rate only applies from September until the end of March.
