This townhouse is a beautiful and fully equipped house situated in the new village of Santa Rosalia within a 10 minute drive from the beach of Los Alcazares. This house is light and comfortable with a beautiful panoramic view. The house is south facing and has a very nice roof terrace. It is perfect for families and there is a community pool available. Perfect for lazy and relaxing days in the Spanish sun.
The accommodation has: a garden, garden furniture, terrace, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, open-air parking, 1 TV/Satellite (Languages: Spanish, English etc.)
In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and kettle are provided.
This rate only applies from September until the end of March.
*NOTE: A Final Cleaning fee will be applicable, which is a one off amount of €150 paid with the final instalment of rent*
