This is a well decorated and fully equipped 3 storey Townhouse on the 5 star La Torre Golf Resort in Murcia that sleeps 4 comfortably. It has two double bedrooms, one with a King Size bed and en suite and one with Twin Beds with access to the second shower room and toilet. There is an integrated well equipped Kitchen/Diner/Living Room with all modern appliances.
This Townhouse has 3 South facing terraces. The lower terrace has a 6 seater dining table in the shade with access to the front of the property. The middle terrace has sun loungers along with a rattan sofa and chair with views over pool 16 and tennis courts. The upper terrace has a table and chairs with a 360 degree view of the resort and the Mar Menor in the distance.
There is air conditioning throughout, international TV and free WiFi.
This rate only applies from September until the end of March.
*NOTE: A Final Cleaning fee will be applicable, which is a one off amount of €150 paid with the final instalment of rent*
