Located on the exclusive El Valle Golf Resort, Rubi3 is a luxury 3 bedroomed Spanish style detached property with sunset views across the golf course and national park. Situated just south of the historic city of Murcia, a short drive from some of Spain’s best beaches and with championship golf courses on the doorstep there is something for everyone in this spacious and well appointed villa. With full airconditioning for the summer or heating for the chillier winter months Rubi3 is perfect to enjoy at any time of the year.

With west facing sunset views from the pool area over the El Valle golf course 5th tee and national park as well as sunrise views over the golf course from the front terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors.

The wrap around terrace gives everyone plenty of room to relax. Enjoy morning coffee watching the sunrise then lounge by the pool, read a book under the pergola , take a dip in the pool or prepare the grill for today’s al fresco lunch.

The light filled master suite opens directly on to the pool and terrace and has its own ensuite. There are two more large and spacious bedrooms - one with a king size double bed and one set up as a twin room. All have loads of storage and black out curtains as well as an additional family bathroom.

Bright and airy indoor area with high ceilings, comfy sofas and a well equipped kitchen. There’s even a fireplace making it perfect for those evenings you’d prefer to stay in.

Golf, beaches, hiking, nature, local food and wine are all within easy reach of Rubi3. Sitting in the valley of El Valle National Park which offers everything from easy trails to demanding hikes the villa is 15 minutes by car is the historic city of Murcia.

The region has no less than 21 golf courses, many of them award winning, all within 30 miles of each other.

Beautiful beaches along the Costa Calida including Los Alcazares and San Pedro de Pinatar (with its famous mud baths) are a short drive away.

All this on top of water parks, spa regions, wine tours as well as many local bars and restaurants will ensure that there really is something for everyone during your stay.
