The accommodation comes equipped with the following items: private garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, terrace, washing machine, Gas BBQ, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, private swimming pool, driveway parking, TV/Satellite TV/Smart TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French etc.)
In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
El Valle Golf Resort
The location and landscape gives this gated resort a unique experience of Spanish mountain village life. Situated close to the Sierra de Carrascoy mountains regional park, yet with easy access to make the most of the surrounding area to explore Murcia city, the beaches, shops, bars and restaurants and to make the most of the surrounding area.
El Valle was built to be one of the best resorts in the area with only 369 Villas and 319 Apartments being built, which makes a charming feel to the resort with the peace and tranquillity that can be found here.
El Valle has an excellent range of facilities like; tennis and padel courts, an 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed golf course, an international supermarket, a restaurant and clubhouse, 247 security, modern gym, and a thriving community which organises weekly golf competitions, bike rides and many other activities throughout the year.
This rate only applies from September until the end of March.
