Stunning, modern, 3 bed 2 bath villa with private pool, garden and sun roof terrace, and only 300m from the beach, making an ideal base for a family holiday in the popular beach of Santiago de la Ribera.

The accommodation is fully equipped with; private garden, garden furniture, pool terrace with private swimming pool, roof terrace, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, on site parking.

In the kitchen, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.

The first bedroom on the ground floor has twin beds and fitted wardrobe. Next to the bedroom is a bathroom with walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms are on the first floor. The second bedroom has twin beds and the third (master) bedroom has a super king bed, both have fitted wardrobes. On the first floor there is also the second bathroom, with a walk-in shower.

The living / dining room has a large sliding door out to the garden terrace with pool. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, chair and has a TV. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs and is open to the fully equipped kitchen.

Outside the garden is walled and can be reached with a lockable gate. At the front of the Villa is a shower and a private swimming pool, and there is also a comfortable lounge sofa area and sun loungers around the pool. In the rear garden there is a spacious dining table.
