2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with private *heated pool and garden and can sleep up to 6 people

The accommodation is also equipped with garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), balcony, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, driveway parking, TV/Satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, French etc)

In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.

Around the resort childrens play areas and tennis and padle courts can be found.

The Resort

Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Hotel.

Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.

Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of restaurants on The Boulevard – including (to name a few):

- Shamrock ( Indian Menu in the evenings with Guinness and Murphy's Red on Tap), pool table and darts and six screens showing sports
- Chill n Go – Tapas Bar

Inside the Mar Menor Golf Resort, you will also find Club MMGR where you can pay a small day fee to access the facilities including heated swimming pool, padel and tennis courts and mini golf and a gym!

*Pool heating can be included for an additional charge

*NOTE: A Final Cleaning fee will be applicable, which is a one off amount of €190 paid with the final instalment of rent*
