 Fabulous 2 bed 2 bath villa with private *heated swimming pool and garden! Sun terrace with space to soak up the rays, is just what you need to relax and wind down! This property also has a hot tub to add to the benefits.

The accommodation is also fully equipped: plenty of garden furniture, fenced garden, terrace, washing machine, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), balcony, tennis court, padle court, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, private *heated swimming pool, on site parking, TV/ IPTV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French).

In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster and kettle are provided.

The Resort

Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Hotel.
Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.

Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of restaurants – including (to name a few):

- Shamrock ( Indian Menu in the evenings with Guinness and Murphy's Red on Tap), pool table and darts and six screens showing sports
- Los Elementos (high quality dining, a bar and even a gift shop!)

Inside the Mar Menor Golf Resort (next door), you will find Club MMGR where you can pay a small day fee to access the facilities including heated swimming pool, padel and tennis courts and mini golf and a gym!

*Pool heating can be added for an extra cost
