Our rates are all-inclusive. That is to say, ALL invoices, including WIFI, cable television and swimming pool cleaning.

Semi-detached house with 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 bedrooms in the basement. The basement also has an open space, with large windows and direct access to a terrace on the ground floor.

In this way, the ground floor functions as an intermediate space that guarantees privacy and discretion.

The accommodation is fully equipped with: private garden, garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, iron, internet (wifi), hairdryer, balcony, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, private swimming pool, private parking space and TV/satellite (languages: Spanish, English, German, French, etc.).

The kitchen includes a fridge, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
