The property is also fully equipped with: garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), childrens area, tennis court, padle tennis court, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, private driveway, 1 TV, DVD player.

In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster and kettle are provided.

In the 2nd bedroom there are 2 single beds that can be fixed together and bedding so there can be a double queen size on request.

Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Hotel.
Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.

Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of restaurants – including (to name a few):

Inside the Mar Menor Golf Resort (next door), you will find Club MMGR where you can pay a small day fee to access the facilities including heated swimming pool, padel and tennis courts and mini golf and a gym!

This rate only applies from September until the end of March.
