🍹 Cosy bars, restaurants and boutiques are 500 metres away, and on Tuesdays and Saturdays you can stroll around the colourful local market. Just 8 km away you will find the Dos Mares shopping centre, accessible via rural roads.
You will also find gyms and Padel courts nearby.

Sunny Casa Calida is a modern ground-floor apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, situated in a fantastic location not far from the beautiful sandy beaches of San Javier and Los Alcázares. This apartment features a spacious living room with a modern open-plan kitchen and sliding doors providing access to the large terrace. Around the large swimming pool and hot tub, there is also plenty of space to enjoy the sun with the whole family.
The apartment is located in San Javier, not far from the beach and within walking distance of Lidl, Consum, Aldi, Mercadona, and the many restaurants.
Nearby
If you are planning to walk to the beach, a great route is via Av. Marqués de Rozalejo. This wide avenue is lined with palm trees that form a beautiful backdrop for your walk to the coast.
On Saturday mornings, there is something special about this route. As you walk along Av. Marqués de Rozalejo, you will come across a bustling market on Calle Leonardo da Vinci. It is a real treat for your senses! Stalls filled with colorful goods, local delicacies, and artisanal products will greet you as you walk on. It is a perfect opportunity to sample local specialties and buy souvenirs to take home.
The Dos Mares shopping center is only an 8 km (10 min) drive from the apartment. Cartagena city, with its harbor and the “Espacio Mediterráneo” shopping center, is a 20-minute drive away, as is the large Zenia Boulevard shopping center with 130 trendy shops.
