Impressive second floor apartment on the lovely La Torre Golf Resort with a fantastic sized terrace. The property looks directly into a lovely communal garden and pool area and is within a 30 second walk of the town centres facilities and a 2-3 min walk to the large well stocked supermarket.

With 16 communal pools and plenty of restaurants, this resort is perfect for everyone!

We booked for the first time with Murcia Holiday Rentals and we were not disappointed. The communication was excellent and any questions were answered immediately. The apartment is large, clean and has everything you need. The position was great and see more

The apartment is large, clean and has everything you need. The position was great and near the fantastic pools as well as being near the town centre. One of the blinds wasn’t working but this was put right as soon as we told the office and the man who came was friendly and efficient. We are definitely going to book again for next year and would highly recommend this apartment

We were let down by our original booking with booking.com and we met Penny in the La Boulevard office in a very distressed state, as we had no where to stay. Penny calmed us down and worked with Georgia to find us accommodation in such a short noticesee more

Penny calmed us down and worked with Georgia to find us accommodation in such a short notice in beginning of August, which is the peak season of holidays in Spain. Penny took us to the accommodation and showed us around, excellent customer service, couldn’t have asked for more and accommodation was great as well, very clean.

Lovely, well presented 2 bed 2nd floor apartment on La Torre Golf Resort. The apartment has a-well equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath, 2 bedrooms both with twin beds and a light, bright living area opening into a large balcony. From all windows there are fabulous views of the pools, golf clubhouse and glimpses of the 1st tee. Being literally only minutes walk from all the amenities it offers a great location too.

Overview
A lovely 2 bedroom spacious apartment with superb golf views from its large covered balcony. Luxury living on a wonderful 5 star resort. Satellite TV and DVD player available with a fully equipped kitchen.
The Resort
La Torre Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with an 18 hole Jack Nicklaus Design course which will challenge all levels of golfers and lots of on site facilities, Italian & Spanish Restaurants, a Tapas bar, Ice cream parlour, Irish pub and supermarket.
The Area
A warm welcome to the Costa Calida.
The Costa Calida is situated in the south-east of the Iberian Peninsula. To the north lies the Costa Blanca and to the south lies the Costa de Almeria with a total of 250 kilometres of coastline.
Blessed by the mild Mediterranean climate it has at least 315 days of sun per year. Minimum temperatures range between 12-14C and maximum temperatures between 20-22C in winter. Summer temperatures vary between 18-20C minimum and between 30-35Cmaximum. The average annual temperature is 18C.
The people are gentle and helpful, the whole region is well worth taking the time to explore and the good living is to be enjoyed.
The seawater is warm and very pleasant for bathing. It is unique in that there is a peninsula which runs parallel to the coastline thus forming the Mar Menor (small sea).
