Description
A nicely presented modern ground floor apartment in La Torre Golf Resort featuring two single beds in one room and a double in the master. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob and microwave, full sized fridge freezer. Internet is high speed wifi, and there is a modern TV with international channels. Outside on the terrace and garden you can enjoy al fresco dining and take in the views. There is a communal pool as part of the block, plus there are 16 further pools around the resort which you can use with the supplied wristbands. There is a private parking space which is underground and gated.
The resort itself is a thriving golf and holiday resort with good facilities including bars, restaurants, supermarket etc, and has 24/7 patrolled security providing a safe and relaxed environment for the whole family.
We are Murcia Holiday Rentals, and we look after 180+ properties here providing a first class service to our guests and owners. Every year hundreds of owners and thousands of holiday makers trust us to deliver a great experience, regardless of which booking channel or tour operator they booked through. We enjoyed our stay at Casa Atun D. The communication with the owner was excellent before, during and after our stay. It is a beautiful apartment, equipped with all amenities, with a beautiful and large private terrace next to the swimming pool. Withsee more
We enjoyed our stay at Casa Atun D. The communication with the owner was excellent before, during and after our stay. It is a beautiful apartment, equipped with all amenities, with a beautiful and large private terrace next to the swimming pool. With views of the golf course and private parking in the underground garage. The apartment is also located on a quiet and neat Golf Resort with several swimming pools. There was no barbecue available, but the owner purchased one especially for us at our request. We were very satisfied and hope to return in the future.

The large swimming pool and children's pool are fantastic for cooling off in the summer and are not far away from the property. The resort centre features a golf clubhouse (where clubs can be hired), restaurants, bars and an excellent supermarket which are all an easy stroll away from the property.
The property is ideal for both golfers and those on less energetic holidays. It also makes a great base for a family holiday.

A 2 bedroom, (double bed or separate) property is located right next to the golf-course. With views of the garden and the golf course and next to one of 16 Swimming pools.
Lovely large terrace with 4 sunbeds.
TV in the living room and both bedrooms.
Underground parking, elevator.
