This penthouse apartment offers bright and spacious accommodation in the Town Centre only a short stroll to the resort centre and its amenities, the golf club, bars, restaurants, and supermarket. There are tennis courts within a ten-minute walk.
It is air-conditioned throughout with a balcony to enjoy those sunny days with views of the mountains in the distance.
The spacious lounge diner is equipped for a night by the TV or to enjoy a home cooked meal as the kitchen is fully equipped for those who may want to cater for themselves.
The master bedroom with double bed is en-suite, and the property also has a family bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds.
The nearest pool with a children’s and larger adult pool is only a few minutes’ walk away.
There is a reserved underground car parking space and a lift that runs from the underground garage and the entry hall to just outside the apartment.
Perfect for golfers and families La Torre is a secure 'gated' golf resort with many communal swimming pools, and a 5-star hotel, an elegant Clubhouse. Guests have access to the Resort's 18-hole Jack Nicklaus golf course and the courses of Mar Menor, El Valle, Mosa Trajectum, Torre Pacheco, La Finca, Las Ramblas and La Manga are all within a short drive. Medieval Murcia, a 30 min drive, has night life, shopping and restaurants and the historical city of Cartagena is also just 30 min drive away. Diving, sailing, wind surfing, cycling, horse riding, paragliding all available locally on the family friendly Mar Menor with its shallow warm waters.

Lovely, well presented 2 bed 2nd floor apartment on La Torre Golf Resort. The apartment has a-well equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath, 2 bedrooms both with twin beds and a light, bright living area opening into a large balcony. From all windows there are fabulous views of the pools, golf clubhouse and glimpses of the 1st tee. Being literally only minutes walk from all the amenities it offers a great location too.
The large swimming pool and children's pool are fantastic for cooling off in the summer and are not far away from the apartment. The resort centre features a golf clubhouse (where clubs can be hired), restaurants, bars and an excellent supermarket which are all an easy stroll away from the apartment.

Overview
A lovely 2 bedroom spacious apartment with superb golf views from its large covered balcony. Luxury living on a wonderful 5 star resort. Satellite TV and DVD player available with a fully equipped kitchen.
The Resort
La Torre Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with an 18 hole Jack Nicklaus Design course which will challenge all levels of golfers and lots of on site facilities, Italian & Spanish Restaurants, a Tapas bar, Ice cream parlour, Irish pub and supermarket.
The Area
A warm welcome to the Costa Calida.
The Costa Calida is situated in the south-east of the Iberian Peninsula. To the north lies the Costa Blanca and to the south lies the Costa de Almeria with a total of 250 kilometres of coastline.
Blessed by the mild Mediterranean climate it has at least 315 days of sun per year. Minimum temperatures range between 12-14C and maximum temperatures between 20-22C in winter. Summer temperatures vary between 18-20C minimum and between 30-35Cmaximum. The average annual temperature is 18C.
The people are gentle and helpful, the whole region is well worth taking the time to explore and the good living is to be enjoyed.
The seawater is warm and very pleasant for bathing. It is unique in that there is a peninsula which runs parallel to the coastline thus forming the Mar Menor (small sea).
