Rear terrace faces east, front faces west, direct sun in the morning and in the afternoon, insect screens in all doors and windows. Apartment is located in a quiet and tranquil area of the resort. Renovated kitchen and bathroom, has A/C units in each bedroom and also in the dining/living room areas, has ceiling fans in each bedroom as well as one in the dining area and one in the living room. Recent boiler and electrical inspections passed, ready to enjoy!

The El Casón de Riquelme Restaurant, set in the resort's 19th-century colonial-style Hacienda, has seating inside, with an outside terrace area, looking out over the original walled gardens.
Recently a new coffee shop called Sips by Nadine has opened offering an array of cakes and pastries, along with savoury snacks too. You will also be able to enjoy a traditional Spanish breakfast , Tostada with various toppings.
