Our property is a beautiful upgraded 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse. It has a southwest facing orientation and therefore enjoys all day sunshine. It enjoys spectacular golf course and lake views, ideal for relaxation and entertaining.
The accommodation is fully equipped with the following items: garden area, garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, internet (Wi-Fi), balcony, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, open-air parking the same building, TV/Satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English etc).
In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster and kettle are provided.
With 16 communal pools and plenty of restaurants, this resort is perfect for everyone!
The resort itself is a thriving golf and holiday resort with good facilities including bars, restaurants, supermarket, children’s play areas, tennis and padel courts, and has 24/7 patrolled security providing a safe and relaxed environment for the whole family.
We are Murcia Holiday Rentals, and we look after 180+ properties here providing a first-class service to our guests and owners. The large swimming pool and children's pool are fantastic for cooling off in the summer and are not far away from the townhouse. The resort centre features a golf clubhouse (where clubs can be hired), restaurants, bars and an excellent supermarket which are all an easy stroll away from the townhouse.
The townhouse is ideal for both golfers and those on less energetic holidays. It also makes a great base for a family holiday.
