Description
Beautifully decorated 3 bed villa with private swimming pool. Newly fully fitted kitchen , dining table for 6+ people, 50 inch colour TV with mag box (sky) . Outside you will find 6 sun loungers and outside table and chairs for 6 people down stairs with table and chairs on upstairs solarium .Full central heating and air conditioning throughout , this property has just been fully decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Private pool and newly tiled terrace.
The Resort
Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Senator Hotel (note this villa is a 5 mins walk from the hotel).
Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.
Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of restaurants – including:
- Shamrock Lounge Irish Bar (excellent Indian Menu in the evenings with Guinness and Murphy's Red
on Tap), pool table and darts and six screens showing sports
- La Perla Negra (The Black Pearl) theme bar
- Route 66 American Diner with pool table and showing sports events

The people are gentle and helpful, the whole region is well worth taking time to explore and the good living is to be enjoyed.

The villa is only a short walk to the shop and the hotel, so the location is perfect, and not too far to the Boulevard especially if you haven't hired a car. The villa itself is absolutly lovely and in superb condition. Highly recommend.

Just arrived back from 10 night stay with 3 adults, two teenagers and toddler. Villa was fully equipped with a home from home feel. We had a lovely stay. Any question or query’s was answered very quickly. Would definitely use this rental coming againsee more

The seawater is warm and very pleasant for bathing. It is unique in that there is a peninsula which runs parallel to the coastline thus forming the Mar Menor (small sea).

We are delighted to offer this modern three bedroom villa with a private HEATED swimming pool, hot tub and fab golf views... It has a modern interior, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, UK TV including sports packages and more! There is a fantastic, stylish upstairs roof terrace with a large summer kitchen, great for BBQ's and chilling out!
The villa is in an extremely convenient location as the supermarket, padel courts and Boulevard area are all within easy walking distance! Plus the Hotel and town centre can be accessed within 5 minutes...What's more, it is south facing and the terrace and pool area are bathed in sun for most of the year!
The accommodation compromises a great lounge and dining area, the lounge has patio doors to the outside area. There is a compact but more than adequate well equipped modern kitchen, with all the mod cons.
All the accommodation is on the one level so it is really practical. There is a lovely master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The beds can be made into Twins or joined together to make a super king. There are an additional two modern twin bedrooms (can also be joined together to make super-kings) as well as a compact bathroom with shower.
Outside you really will feel spoilt...there is an amazing private pool, with terraced area and sun loungers. But the best part is yet to come...
Upstairs is a smart, modern summer kitchen with large built in BBQ, pizza oven, table and chairs...and if that´s not enough there is a hot tub and at the back and a lovely sunbathing area....
This modern villa is furnished to a high standard and comfortably sleeps 6 people. The property benefits from air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms, free WiFi, a 7m x 3m private swimming pool and a large roof terrace with summer kitchen - perfect for those yummy BBQ's...and making the most of the great climate here.
Please note pool heating is an additional option.
