Sucina Spanish Villa is a beautiful two bedroom villa, freshly decorated with a new private pool, sunny garden terrace and boasts a large sunny roof terrace overlooking the mountains.
The stunning roof terrace is south facing to enjoy the sunshine and the pergola provides a shaded seating area to enjoy the Sucina sunsets with a glass of wine.
The villa has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, comfortably sleeping 4 (up to 5), all with new quality mattresses.
Sucina town square is just a few minutes stroll through the park and has various restaurants, bars, supermarket, pharmacy, bank and shops.
Tennis courts are just a 2 minute walk and are free for guests to use. Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort is only a 5 minute drive.

Ein toll ausgestattetes Haus, sauber, perfekt ausgestattete Küche!! Leider nur in einem Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage, allerdings mithilfe von zwei Ventilatoren nachts aushaltbar. Blitzschnelle Hilfe, als etwas mit dem Pool nicht stimmte, tolle und ssee more

Todo muy bien, las fotos muestran exactamente como es la casa. Lo único que tendrían que mejorar es la comunicación. Nos fue algo complicado poder contactar con los responsables de la entrega de llaves, ya que no están muy pendientes de contestar y nsee more

A la hora de irnos tuvimos que esperar 1h y 30 min y eso hizo retrasar nuestro regreso a casa.

Really if you are looking to disconnect from workthe hustle and bustle, this accommodation is what you are looking for, the few neighbors that we saw are very friendly, especially the one next door, I recommend this house 100%.
