Comes fully equipped with: garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), balcony, , central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, TV/Satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French).
In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.

Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Hotel.
Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.
Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of restaurants on The Boulevard – including (to name a few):
