Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Hotel.
Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.
Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of restaurants – including (to name a few):
- Shamrock ( Indian Menu in the evenings with Guinness and Murphy's Red on Tap), pool table and darts and six screens showing sports

Superb sunny two bedroom villa, with a beautiful private swimming pool (6m by 3m) and tiled terrace at the Mar Menor Golf Resort. This nicely furnished villa has a lovely under cover terrace with dining area. It is well equipped, enjoys A/C in the lounge and bedrooms and has WIFI.
The villa is in a fantastic location, only 300m from the Spar supermarket,500m to safari crazy golf,bar and swimming pool,5 minutes from the nearest of 13 communal pools, 10 minutes walk from the Ona 5*Hotel with spa facilities and resort centre and 10 mins walk from the Boulevard where there is a wide range of bars and restaurants to suit everyone, making it the perfect villa if you don't want to hire a car! Features include UK Television, free Wi-Fi, BBQ and a lovely sunny south east facing pool area lends itself to some amazing sunsets.
The accommodation comprises of an open plan living room and kitchen with a twin bedroom and shower room downstairs. Patio doors lead to the undercover dining terrace which leads directly to the beautiful outside pool area and tiled terrace. Relaxing outside really is made easy with 4 sun loungers and outside dining for those delicious al fresco meals....
Upstairs there is a large bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. There are two terraces, one leading off the master bedroom with a bistro set to enjoy those sunsets and a terrace off the hallway to the front of the villa.

This is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with private pool on the Mar Menor Golf Resort. In a fantastic location you are just a short walk from many amenities both on the resort and just outside the resort on the Boulevard. The villa comes with an enclosed south facing garden with private heated swimming pool.
