Lovely, 2 bed 2 bath south facing villa with private garden, swimming pool and roof top sun terrace!
The accommodation also offers: garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, internet (Wi-Fi), central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, drive way parking, TV/Satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French etc)
In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils and kettle are provided.
On resort there are also childrens areas and tennis and padel courts.
Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Hotel.
Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.

This is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with private pool on the Mar Menor Golf Resort. In a fantastic location you are just a short walk from many amenities both on the resort and just outside the resort on the Boulevard. The villa comes with an enclosed south facing garden with private heated swimming pool.
