El alojamiento está equipado con acceso por ascensor, muebles de jardín, terraza, lavadora, internet (Wi-Fi), secador de pelo, calefacción central, aire acondicionado en toda la casa, piscina comunitaria, aparcamiento cubierto en el mismo edificio, 1 TV, TV satélite (Idiomas: español, inglés, alemán, francés) en la urbanización hay muchas áreas de juego infantil y también pistas de tenis/pádel.
En la cocina, se proporcionan refrigerador, microondas, horno, congelador, lavavajillas, platos/cubiertos, utensilios de cocina, tostador y hervidor.
¡Con 16 piscinas comunitarias y muchos restaurantes, este resort es perfecto para todos!
La gran piscina y la piscina infantil son fantásticas para refrescarse en verano y están fuera de la propiedad. El centro del resort cuenta con una casa club de golf (donde se pueden alquilar palos), restaurantes, bares y un excelente supermercado, todos a un fácil paseo de la propiedad.
La propiedad es ideal tanto para golfistas como para aquellos que disfrutan de vacaciones menos activas. También es una excelente base para unas vacaciones en familia.

The apartment itself is very spacious and well equipped.

Had a nice 4 days stay in great weather at a very reasonable price.
The Apartment is very modern with good size bedrooms and a large living area..The balcony is a good size over looking the 2 swimming pools.
And the Town center only a 5min walk.

Had a great stay! The apartment had everything that was needed and the hosts were helpful and quick to respond. The location was perfect… right by the pool and a 5 min walk to the shop and bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Murcia Airport and Murcia Town are only a 20 min drive away..Murcia Holiday Rentals are on the resort for any needs. We will be returning soon. |

Descripción General
Un precioso apartamento de 2 dormitorios y amplio espacio con excelentes vistas al golf desde su gran balcón cubierto. Vida de lujo en un maravilloso resort de 5 estrellas. Televisión por satélite y reproductor de DVD disponibles con una cocina totalmente equipada.
El Resort
La Torre Golf Resort es uno de los resorts de premier de POLARIS WORLDS con un campo de 18 hoyos diseñado por Jack Nicklaus que desafiará a golfistas de todos los niveles e instalaciones en el sitio, Restaurantes Italianos y Españoles, un bar de Tapas, heladería, pub irlandés y supermercado.
El Área
Una cálida bienvenida a la Costa Cálida.
La Costa Cálida se sitúa en el sureste de la Península Ibérica. Al norte se encuentra la Costa Blanca y al sur la Costa de Almería con un total de 250 kilómetros de costa.
Bendecida por el suave clima mediterráneo que posee, tiene al menos 315 días de sol al año. Las temperaturas mínimas oscilan entre 12-14C y las máximas entre 20-22C en invierno. Las temperaturas de verano varían entre 18-20C mínima y entre 30-35C máxima. La temperatura media anual es de 18C.
La gente es amable y servicial, toda la región merece la pena tomarse el tiempo para explorarla y la buena vida es para disfrutarla.
El agua de mar es cálida y muy agradable para bañarse. Es única en que hay una península que corre paralela a la línea de costa formando así el Mar Menor.
