2 bedroom, east facing apartment with views of the swimming pool.
The accommodation is equipped with lift access, garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, covered parking the same building, 1 TV, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French) on the resort there are plenty of childrens play areas and tennis/padel courts too.
In kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster and kettle are provided.
With 16 communal pools and plenty of restaurants, this resort is perfect for everyone!
The large swimming pool and children's pool are fantastic for cooling off in the summer and is outside from the property. The resort centre features a golf clubhouse (where clubs can be hired), restaurants, bars and an excellent supermarket which are all an easy stroll away from the property.
The property is ideal for both golfers and those on less energetic holidays. It also makes a great base for a family holiday.
Our guests staying at La Torre also have the added benefit of our fully staffed office at the resort, where you can get assistance, advice and recommendations, as well as help with any aspect of your travel or accommodations. Our staff speak Spanish, English, French, and Arabic.

The apartment itself is very spacious and well equipped.

Had a nice 4 days stay in great weather at a very reasonable price.
The Apartment is very modern with good size bedrooms and a large living area..The balcony is a good size over looking the 2 swimming pools.
And the Town center only a 5min walk.

Had a great stay! The apartment had everything that was needed and the hosts were helpful and quick to respond. The location was perfect… right by the pool and a 5 min walk to the shop and bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Murcia Airport and Murcia Town are only a 20 min drive away..Murcia Holiday Rentals are on the resort for any needs. We will be returning soon. |

Lovely, well presented 2 bed 2nd floor apartment on La Torre Golf Resort. The apartment has a-well equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath, 2 bedrooms both with twin beds and a light, bright living area opening into a large balcony. From all windows there are fabulous views of the pools, golf clubhouse and glimpses of the 1st tee. Being literally only minutes walk from all the amenities it offers a great location too.

Overview
A lovely 2 bedroom spacious apartment with superb golf views from its large covered balcony. Luxury living on a wonderful 5 star resort. Satellite TV and DVD player available with a fully equipped kitchen.
The Resort
La Torre Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with an 18 hole Jack Nicklaus Design course which will challenge all levels of golfers and lots of on site facilities, Italian & Spanish Restaurants, a Tapas bar, Ice cream parlour, Irish pub and supermarket.
The Area
A warm welcome to the Costa Calida.
The Costa Calida is situated in the south-east of the Iberian Peninsula. To the north lies the Costa Blanca and to the south lies the Costa de Almeria with a total of 250 kilometres of coastline.
Blessed by the mild Mediterranean climate it has at least 315 days of sun per year. Minimum temperatures range between 12-14C and maximum temperatures between 20-22C in winter. Summer temperatures vary between 18-20C minimum and between 30-35Cmaximum. The average annual temperature is 18C.
The people are gentle and helpful, the whole region is well worth taking the time to explore and the good living is to be enjoyed.
The seawater is warm and very pleasant for bathing. It is unique in that there is a peninsula which runs parallel to the coastline thus forming the Mar Menor (small sea).
